In 2008, I was introduced to hatha yoga practice during a particularly challenging time in life. I found myself attracted to restorative yoga practice and have
continued practice since.
As a RYT® 200 in vinyasa yoga and 50 hrs certified in restorative yoga, I am a psychologist, public health scientist, scholar and doula who uses "rest" in my research and community practice. Currently, I'm completing training in meditation. I look forward to sharing my sleep and rest yoga practice with you.
